Securing a safe future for children
Not only do we provide fun and exciting opportunities for all ages but we abide by a comprehensive Child Protection Policy. Every few years we also provide age appropriate lessons for all children and youth about child sexual abuse prevention.
The Child Protection Policy is being updated. The new version will be posted when ready.
Volunteer Child Clearances
Our Child Protection Policy requires that we maintain updated clearances for anyone who works as an “approved adult” with children. It is required that these clearances are updated every 5 years.

FBI Clearances are only required if you have had permanent residency outside of the Pennsylania in the past 10 years!

Please submit paper or pdf copies of your clearances (please make sure that you submit the actual certificate, NOT a receipt, the certificate will have a watermark seal behind the text) to the church office (info@etowncob.org).
Etown CoB Volunteer Screening and Information Form
Additionally, if you have not done so, we ask that you complete the “Etown CoB Volunteer Screening and Information Form” at the link below. Submit a paper or pdf copy to the church office (info@etowncob.org).
EMPLOYEE Child Clearances
Our Child Protection Policy requires that we maintain updated clearances for anyone employed by Etown CoB. It is required that these clearances are updated every 5 years including FBI Clearances regardless of whether or not you have been a resident of Pennsylvania for the past 10 years. New employees must submit clearances within the first 30 days of employment.
